The staff were attentive to our needs during our stay.
I was given a room that did not meet our reservation, and while we eventually got a better room, the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. I also faced issues with management regarding our late checkout which felt very unprofessional.

Centrally located near Linking Road, this hotel provided easy access to markets and shopping. My stay was initially promising, with an impressive buffet lunch that delighted my taste buds. The room service was quick, and the staff, particularly Deepak, made sure all my needs were met during my time there. However, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, which marred my experience. Even after I reported it, the issue lingered for a while. There was also noise from a bar upstairs, making the evenings quite disruptive. I had booked a second night online, but reception informed me they were overbooked without any proper apology. Despite these inconveniences, the cleanliness of the rooms and the supportive attitude of the staff kept my spirits up.

The Oriental Residency offers a comfortable stay with excellent amenities. The staff, particularly Arun and Balraj, provided exceptional service and were attentive to our needs. The meals from the restaurant were delicious, and the free Wi-Fi was strong throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, contributing to a pleasant work environment.
